FairlyFunded is a software and referral platform. We are not a lender or financial institution and we do not make credit decisions, arrange/administer credit, take deposits, hold client funds, or provide financial advice. Independent, licensed providers underwrite, approve, and fund.

What you will see

• Side‑by‑side offers with clear total cost
• Loans/LOC: APR and payment schedule
• MCAs/RBF: factor rate, total payback, estimated term, holdback %, itemized fees
• Our referral compensation disclosure for each offer (we may receive compensation from partners; we do not charge borrowers fees)

Inclusive access

We design for accessibility and fairness. Optional self‑identification helps us monitor approval and pricing parity across groups. Responses are private and never used to prioritize or deprioritize any application.
